Wine Description: This sparkling rose wine is fresh and round. Fine bubbles with light red fruits on the nose and a fresh smooth palate. Perfect with creamy risotto, or as an appetizer to enjoy at celebrations with friends.

Wine Folly: Being a Brut wine, it should have between 0-12g/l of residual sugar. (pg 32). Being a French sparkling wine, we might get some tastes of Green Pear, Citrus, Smoke, Cream Cheese, and Toast. (pg 468)

My Review: The wine did not have much aroma, It had notes of green apple or green pair, It was acidic but it had a smooth finish. The bubbles were not overwhelming but you could still tell it was sparkling wine. Overall it was a really good Rose wine.
